At Dental Aesthetics, we make your dental prosthesis in our own dental laboratory at the practice. This shortens distances, speeds up adjustments and allows direct quality control, from the first impression to the finished restoration.
A dental technician with more than ten years of professional experience, with Dental Aesthetics since July 2023. He makes and looks after your dental prosthesis and takes on board your individual wishes in person.
Why an in-house laboratory?
In many dental practices, dental prostheses are sent to external laboratories, often with waiting times of a week or more for every correction. In our practice, there is only a door between the dental chair and the laboratory. This has real advantages:

A note on implant restorations
We obtain the implant bodies themselves (the artificial tooth roots) exclusively from certified brand manufacturers with many years of clinical experience. The prosthetic restoration on these implants, i.e. abutments, crowns and bridges, is made entirely in our own laboratory. This way, you benefit from the reliability of established implant systems and the individuality of in-house prosthetics.
Our materials
We use only high-quality, clinically proven materials. Your health comes first.
Zirconium dioxide
High-strength, metal-free ceramic with excellent biocompatibility. Ideal for crowns and bridges, including in visible areas.
All-ceramic (lithium disilicate)
The high-end aesthetic solution for front tooth crowns, veneers and inlays. Translucent like natural teeth.
Precious metal alloys
Proven gold alloys for crowns and bridges in areas that are not visible, particularly durable and gentle on tissue.
High-performance resins
Modern composite materials and PMMA for temporaries, splints and, in some cases, permanent restorations.
Digital workflow
Wherever it benefits you, we work digitally: 3D scanners instead of impressions with impression material, computer-aided design (CAD) and precise milling machines (CAM). This is not only more pleasant for you, it also leads to fits accurate to the millimetre and short production times. Traditional craftsmanship complements the digital workflow wherever experience and a delicate touch are irreplaceable.
Statutory warranty & quality
For dental technology work from our laboratory, we provide the warranty required by law (generally 2 years on dental prostheses under Section 136a of the German Social Code, Book V). Should a restoration unexpectedly fail, we will find the right solution together. Short distances are a clear advantage of our in-house concept here.
